Go to MRIS ( http://www.mris.com/mris-customers/training ) for a list of Instructor Led Classes or Virtual Classes that are offered. For Instructor Led Classes, please select the classes in which you are interested in attending. You must remember your MRIS USER ID , PIN and SAFEMLS® Password for class participation. Please note, classes that are designated as "presentation" will not be hands-on with computers. Virtual Classroom training is interactive, long distance learning conducted over the Internet by a live instructor. You will need to disable any pop up blocking software to access the class. If you cannot disable the software, you will not be able to access the class. Contact your software manufacturer or refer to your software manual for instructions. |

WV Real Estate Commission List - Best, fastest source for CE Credit
Go to http://www.wvrec.org/Cecourse.pdf . The Commission has a great list of approved courses and contact data to sign up for them. Many are online courses, some of which can be completed in one sitting. You still have to send in verification that you completed the course and wait for you certification to be returned, so plan ahead if needed for licensing requirements! |

REALTOR® Institute...GRI Courses

The courses have been developed to help members and associations better understand and meet the ethics training requirements. REALTORS are required to have ethics training every four years (every two years if you sit on the board of directors). |
